Heavy rain has once again caused problems in West Berkshire, almost one year on from the floods that ruined homes and brought many parts of the district to a standstill.The rain should stay away for today, but we've found the environment agency's flood line received over 300 calls throughout the day.

The classic story of the Wind in the Willows is being recreated for children from Hungerford today.
Pupils from Inkpen Primary School are along with about one hundred others going to discover the creatures of the wild and meet animals that feature in the story such as otters and Ratty.
It's all part of the book's 100th anniversary celebrations.

Secondary school pupils are being set a challenge today to showcase what they know about underage drinking.
The competition open to year nine pupils across West Berkshire wants them to put their ideas into fifteen minute plays.
But there's a serious motive behind it, the district council and the police are teaming up to teach them a lesson about the dangers of drinking before it's legal and the consequences such as anti-social behaviour and crime.
